Load=, ptsnoop.exe, pctptt.exe

I just installed RAS on my NT 4 Server but after rebooting and logging in, I get a few messages. One says, “Cannot find the file ‘Load=’ for one of its components. Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.

I also get messages that it cannot find ptsnoop.exe and pctptt.exe.

Can anyone tell me what these are used for? I applied the latest service pack afterwards and still get the same messages. I could delete references to these in the registry, but I don’t know if they are important or not.
