Loading a .bat file from a .bat file

I am creating a batch file that installs an application in many steps, the problem I am having is this. I can get the batch file to download the application but the second part of my batch file requires that I “map” to the batch file that was just installed as part of the application. What would be the correct syntax for that? That is the part that I can’t get to work. I am running Windows NT. Any help would be great.
