Loading standard Company apps

We are ordering several HP DC5700 desktops and they arrive with Windows XP pro preinstalled. Besides Winxp, we would like to install company specific apps and other utilities as a standard install package. What is the best way to install what we call a standard apps package onto 15 new desktops at once. Thank you.
