Local PC Bluetooth settings following folks with roaming profiles

I’ve got a situation where I have local PC’s using BT to communicate with instruments that are local to the PC. Some of my users have more than one office and have roaming profiles. How do I keep “My Bluetooth Places” from roaming? The instruments don’t roam. And I’m not talking about cellphones, PDA’s or MP3 players. I am only using the serial service.
