locked out of network

We have a laptop that has lost the administrator login. All users are limited with no use of A drive, CD, control panel or network login. It is on 98SE with TCPIP dynamic addressing. I need to get some critical files off the hard drive. Also have tried laplink and external harddrive thru USB with no luck. Any ideas will be welcome.
