Log in MacOS using Win NT 4 users

Dear Friends,

I have one Server PDC running Win NT 4.0. There are several PCs and
some Macs in the same network and domain. Now I need my macs to be
able to accept the users log in to them using the same users and
passwords they have to logon to the PCs transparently. Is there a
way to provide it. I already use a Mac Volume in my PDC to share
files between PCs and Macs.
