Logging into PDC via laptop

I’m curious about what my dilemma maybe. I can logon to our PDC via other PC’s or laptops but I can’t get logged on via my laptop. Where on my laptop should I look to fix this issue. It seem to be an isolated hardware issue but I don’t know if it’s a registry problem or what? I’m on a Dell latitude, running NT Workstation 4.0.
