Logging to workstations

I have a small LAN. The server is Win 2000 Server. Most of the clients are run Win XP. Something has gone wrong which I cannot tell. Even though I have valid user accounts created on the server, I cannot log onto any of the workstations with the user accounts. The only account which works is the administrator account.

How do I correct this problem?
