Logmein Pro and Windows XP

I have another stumper. I can’t print locally from a remote machine. The only difference between this machine and others is that it is XP Pro. No problem on other machines. I did a clean reinstall of XP Pro and print drivers and still no luck. Has anyone had problems with XP Pro.

Also, I have to use JAVA and not ActiveX because I had issues with my ISP and ActiveX with logmein.
