Logon Failure

Here is my error message.

“Micorsoft Windows Network: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer
the connection has not been restored.”

This is an off the network situation. I have 2 computer which can ping each other. Very Very simple network. Permission is Admin (Everyone). I match password, even with No Password. Running on Win2k on a peer to peer network. It was working just fine, and suddenly this!
