Logon Interactively

I’ve been getting errors whenever I try to log in locally as Administrator in Windows 2000 Professional. It says, “The local policy does not allow you to logon interactively”. I know this is due to a domain policy under Active Directory but what I’m not sure.
Anyone have any hints?
