Logon Scripts

I am migrating my data from a PDC to another Server on the network both are NT4.0 server. Is there a way to to automatically re-map drive to the new server? Maybe a VB script. The server has over 120 shares and the domain is currently using Policiesand profiles. I want a tool that will look at my logon script and redirect to the new server, is it possible?? Thanks in advance.
