Looking for advice on products.

Okay, here’s the scoop. I’m the new Helpdesk Associate Manager for AT&T Solutions here in the area. I have been recently tasked with the assignement of finding a good piece of helpdesk software that is not only compatible with SQL 7.0, but Oracle 8.05 (minimum).

I have found a few, but I wasn’t really impressed. Any input you can provide me is greatly appreciated.
