Looking for good training material

I am currently looking for places that offer good solutions for self-paced training in the areas of SQL 2000, Exchange 2000 and other Microsoft 2000 products and maybe Citrix, Unix and Linux. Right now I am NOT looking for “Crash Course” certification material, but more so material that will walk me through labs with either CD or Video based instruction that I can do on my on time. So far I have found www.appdev.com however no other places that offer the training I’m looking for. Does anyonehave suggestions of actual experience from any other self-paced training material?
