looking for mail to SMS software

HI,

I have a PC and 3g modem.
I am able to send SMS with my outlook 2003 with the 3G modem.
How can I do a auto forward of e-mail to become SMS to a few person?

Or is there a software that checking IMAP mail account and forward out as SMS?
