Hi,
I’m trying to connect two LANs via DSL. Both Sites have non-public internal network
addresses (192.168.10.0 & 192.168.0.0) with a routable IP for the WAN link (gateway).
Both sites are using Netgear RO318 routers as a switch/router withNAT enabled to
share internet connections.
I’m trying to setup a PPTP VPN between these sites by using a Windows 2000 VPN server
at each site. Each VPN server is using an internal (non routable) IP with PPTP fowarding
coming from the Netgear router.
I have already setup the VPN which works partially by without some form of VPN encalpsulation
setup to allow both networks to completely work together (aka. hiding NAT from each internal network) it is slow going at best.
Does anyone know how to setup the necessary
encapsulation?
