Lynix syntax to run remote PHP program

I need a shell script to run PHP4 programs (update123.php, etc.) on a remote Lynix server ‘http://XYZ.com’ from local Unix (RH) server ‘localhost@localdomain’
Passwords and user name are not required.
I can use any browser to point to ‘HTTP://XYZ.com/dir/update123.php’ and the
