m/c just like hang condition

In a pIII m/c sco open server 5 is loaded.
sometimes it shows the message “istat=02; LSS_PAR on ha=0 sist0=01 sist1=00 !!!” and other than reboot i don’t have other way? I have run fsck. but still it is happening.
can anybody suggest me why it iscomming and what does it mean?
