MAC Mail Image Problem

Hello, I have a user with MAC OSX using MAIL. I have her signature set up with an image attached in it. (.jpeg) The thing is, when she sends an email to another user using a MAC the image shows up. BUT when she sent an email to myself, using a Dell Optiplex 755, the image did not show.

Does anyone know how to fix this compatibility issue?
