Mac SSD is not recognized

My mac os does not boot up after I replaced the thermal paste.
I have an macbook pro 13″ 2014.
Is my ssd broken or could something on my logic bord be broken?
If i install mac os on a external Hard Drive it boots normaly up.
In the recovery mode the ssd is also not shown up.
