Macintosh Print Management

We have a Lexmark Laser Printer
with the Macintosh Manager
program. Is there any way to control
how many pages a user can print per
session or per day? I know that
some program was used when I
was in college that limited printer
use on Macs. I thought it would be in
the Manager program, but that
feature is unavailable to Macs. We
have some PCs on our network. I
wonder if I could use on of them to
control this function. I could probably
use AppleShare IP 6.3 Printserver,
but wouldn’t that put another place
the information would have to travel
before it prints. Thoughts
