Mail Stays in Outbox when Using Multiple

Some of my users have 2 accounts setup un MS Outlook. 1 account is for when they are in the office (On the lan)and the other is when they are travelling and use an ISP to send their e-mails.

The problem is when the are going thru the ISP they canreceie but outgoing mails sits in the Outbox.

This has happened to a number of users.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this problem.
