Mail to all assigned resources about their assignment

i want to send a report by mail in the beginning of project to all resources showing the detail about their scheduled

1. Task name
2. Task Notes
3. Task start date
4. Task finish date

though i was running one macro but it was giving me wrong detail .

Can any body modify it and let me know what exactly is the problem with this macro.

one more thing how can i attach a text file to this post ? so taht i can show you the macro.

or need i to paste it here?
