Mailbox manager for Exchange 2000

Does anyone understand or know something about the Mailbox Manager for Exchange 2000? I finaly got it install with SP2 and now that I have it I want to use it but I don’t understand how it works. I set up the properties on what to keep for how long. Then I set up a secdual for it to run. Then when it’s finished It’s to send me a report. Welp the report always comes up with a small amout. It has the right number of mailboxes scaned though. If I have it to clean the deleted items that or older than 30 day does that mean that it has to be in the “deleted items” folder for 30 days? Any thing to help me with this Mailbox BEAST would be nice.
