Make login for Database in Access 2007

I am trying to make it so that my employees must login first before they can access the information on our database in Access. I would like it to be that any information changed from their login will show their name since we are having a problem with blame. Can anyone help? I know very little about Access 2007 and was just asked to create a database with these specifications.
