malformed transactions : 0 SOAs

My primary DNS server is Win2k. My secondary DNS server is on Linux RH7.1. During the zone transfer process these error messages appeared :-
1. receiving responses : unexpected error
2. malformed transactions : 0 SOAs
Tell me what should I do ??
