Oddly, neither the “click here” nor the “sell with confidence” links displayed as eBay URLs, although the ‘report it to us’ did. I also noticed that, despite the offer to contact eBay Member Services, there’s no link, e-mail address or phone number provided.
I don’t remember creating an account with eBay, but I’m sure this must be correct; it came in my e-mail, didn’t it?
