We currently use a rather crude Access database to do our time entry for billing. Before we update the design, we thought we would survey “out-of-the-box” software rather than reinvent the wheel. We are hardly unique; as consultants and VARS, we bill clients for time and equipment. It would be nice to have a system that could also generate or use work orders, or ideally, take emailed entries. What do you use for time and billing software, and how pleased are you with it?
