Managing 2 lan from 1 server….

Hi,

Is it possible to design two lan having only 1 server 2003 std.?
If I have two NIC in my server then can I handle2 different lan simultaneously along with internet access through 1 nic?
Configuring both the nic with different ip address class can be implement this from 1 server?
