Iam DILIP KUMAR M.N., working has Mail administrator for Mphasis-BFL Ltd.
We have branch offices in USA,AUSTRALIA,NETHER LANDS,SINGAPURE,INDIA.
We have five branches in India i.e, in MUMBAI,PUNE and three branches in BANGALORE.
All branches in India is interconnected through 2Mbps link. Other branches through 64Kbps Frame relay and Radio links.
We have 1 Exchange server and 1 Win 2000 ADS server in each location. Bangalore branch is taken as center location for all exchange activities.
Now we are planning to implement centralized back up. We have around 5000 users. We need to take backup of all locations from centralized place. Please guide us on this issue.
We have implemented all the tips that you have given in the web site with respect to the mail box management. We welcome any further guidence.
