Mandatory Pofiles with Outlook 2000

I have a NT 4.0 Network inwhich I have a Mandatory Roaming Profile that is shared amongst 30 users. How can I intergrate Outlook 2000 into this configuration without the user profiles being erased everytime another user logs on to the same computer? Is there a logon script that I could use that would create the profile setting for the user when he first logs on to NT?
