Manual remove of Anti-Virus Agent

I have a client that we have on MacAfee Anti-Virus version 4.5. We pushed an upgrade in April we got from MacAfee that was bad, we where informed on that matter some time later by MacAfee. Since that time we have removed the problem update from all computers execept one, which has been removed from the network. We need to utilize the computer, and do not care to reformat the drive. The MacAfee files will not remove using unistall, we have tried several times. We contacted MacAfee concerning this and they have no offical documentation on how to safely remove it from the registery of a Win95 machine. Does anyone know what to remove from the registery in order to remove the agent safely ???
