MASV.NLM (-1497) ERROR

I am getting the following error on a Novell 5.0 Server with SP6a:
MASV-1.21-1
MASV.NLM could not initialize CCS (-1497)
The server shows this error about every 15 seconds and beeps each time this messege appears.
