max message size limit

Just a question to people to find out what your organization is doing with max message size in Exchange. Doesn’t matter what version but please specify which version you’re using. Any reason you picked that particular limit size? Does Microsoft have recommendations?

I realize this depends greatly on the bandwidth available but just curious.
