MCSA: 2000 or 2003? Recommendations?

After many years of procrastination, I’ve finally decided to upgrade my MCP/Windows NT 4.0 Server certification. What MCSA track should I pursue: 2000 or 2003? I manager a Windows 2000 / Exchange 2000 Server network that may not be upgraded to 2003 until later this year or early next year.

BTW, I also need some study guide recommendations:

1. Windows XP
2. Exchange Server 2000 and 2003
3. Windows 2000 and 2003 Server (will Mark Minasi’s books do for all exams that cover these?)
