MCSE 2000 vs CCNA/NP?

Have A+ and NET+. Have 10 yrs in food service management. Experience with pc, os, very little networking. Is there a better path. Is one in more demand than other? Need for both? No programmer here. Like to make systems work and run well. Like the hardware aspects as well. Please advise!
