MCSE 4 Rollover or Changeover

I heard that there was an organization that will continue to certify MCSEs (they will probably call it something different) now that MS has retired the NT 4 track. The way I heard it, they will also “grandfather” those who are already MCSE certifiedinto their certification. Does anyone out there no anything about this? What is the organization? Is it operational yet? Is there any cost?
