MCSE/Systems Analyst experience

I am currently working on a mcse and have no prior professional experience with computers. I’d like to work my way into a Systems Analyst position, but after browsing several openings I find that they all want between 1 and 3 years experience.Where can I find an entry level position? Should I be searching for a more general position and work up to a higher level position? I’m not sure where to start looking or what I should be looking for. Help!!! Any input would be greatly appreciated.
