Memory Dump

some of our computers are doing a memory dump which it will turn the screen to blue and can’t do anything about it. The only way to go back to the operating system is to shutdown the pc then wait for a minute and turn it back on. Any clue why it’s doing that or any suggestions on how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot for your help.
