Memory dump with WinNT4.0

Can annyone tell me how to excluse memmory addresses within Winnt 4.0. We have som problem with a couple of our Computers, it fail with dump of the physikal memmory, it is always at the same memmory address and there is no way to korrekt it in Biossettings.
