Memory error message in Outlook 2000

I have 64 mb of RAM on my computers. The only progrmas that I have installed on them are Win98 and Office 2000. When I try to open Outlook, I get an error message that there is not sufficient memory to run the program. I run Office 2000 at work withthe same setup and have no problems whatsoever.
I have fdisk and reloaded both machines in case it was a Windows problem, but this has not seemed to help. Has anyone else come across this problem, or know of a fix? Thanks.
