Memphis Regional IT Job Statistics

I am trying to find current statistics to use for my next appraisal in June. As my position is a custom position I need to pull stats from several areas to compile custom data. My duties entail PCSupport, Networking, Programming, System Administration, Intranet Programming and are done with little to no supervision.

I also don’t know what source the industry managers actually use in re-evaulating positions. Very direct links, sources or actual statistics is what I expect.
