Message in document on iPhone

Hi to all. I have an issue on my installed Adobe Acrobat on iPhone 6. I often work with pdf documents via mobile. Some days ago I got message “Format error: not a PDF or corrupted” when I tried to open one of my pdf files. As said one of my colleagues, it couldn’t be solved, but I hope she was wrong.
