Messaging from Word doc. ‘send to’ defau

How can I reset the MS Word messaging default setting away from Outlook Express and into Lotus Notes to automatically forward a Word document as an attachment within an e-mail message? Presently, if I go to file in Word, then “Send To”, the default e-mail is Outlook. I need to route this through Lotus NOtes. What to Do?
