Hello everyone,
I loaded the 2.1.0924 version of the MGTEK dopsip last week. I have WMP 11, and a 5.5 generation iPod.
The problem is, although everything appears to have loaded from my computer to my iPod just fine, I can’t get the iPod to actually play
anything.
All the songs and menus are present, but when I select a tune, what happens is my player proceeds to scroll through my entire song/album
collection; then, when it’s done, defaults back to the prior menu.
I’ve double checked to make sure it wasn’t the player (which I also got last week). It loads songs from iTunes just fine.
Anyone else have this particular problem or the first clue how to keep it from occurring? I’ve written the company’s online “help” address, the yahoo group dedicated to the plug-in, and a few other tech sites that I though might provide assistance. So, far, not a peep from anyone.
I have a(potentially irrational) loathing for iTunes, and would really like to get this to work if at all possible.
