Microsoft Access Help desk

I would like to test this software, but when I open the programme, I have a this message:
Your Help Desk database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the fle ‘rdchost.dll’ version 1.0. (+ The system froze, I need to do CTRL-ALTD-DEL , for closing the application)

I work with ACCESS 2002.
