Microsoft Access Security

How can I activate the Security feature of Microsoft Access to a single database only not affecting the other databases?
I had an experienced before that when I activated the security feature of the Microsoft Access on a database that I’m going to secure, everytime I’ll make a new database it will trigger the login dialog box. How can avoid this?
