Microsoft Authentication Integration

I recently installed a VPN that uses the Cisco IOS platform for connectivity & authentication into my network. I need to write a script or find a utility that will allow my remote users to authenticate on my Microsoft Windows domain after they haveconnected to my network via the VPN. Ideally, I would like to be able to either run the script after they have connected, or have a shortcut on their desktops that they could launch that would prompt them for their Microsoft Username, Password & Domain information.
