Microsoft Certified Novell Engineer??

Hey everyone….just picked up a business card tonight that had a web addy on it of
www.m-c-n-e.com, the thing is, that when I go there the Guy says to have a Microsoft Certified Novell Engineer status…i was not aware of this certification…also i thought the rules of the logos was that you couldn’t alter them…does anyone know of this “certification” or about the rules regarding the MCP Logo stuff? Thanks for any feedback.
