Microsoft Cluster Server Disaster Rcvry

Can anyone point me to any resources that will discribe the processes for recovering an MSCS when both nodes and the shared resource is destroyed.

I know it would be from tape, but what are the gotcha’s? Has anyone ever had to recover from a failure of one or both nodes or a shared cage?
